A few first photos from - heaven! - Costa Rica. I'm in Guanacaste, in the northwest corner of the country, perched on a hillside overlooking the Pacific. Matt & Ashlee's families have graciously flown me down for what is going to be an absolutely beautiful wedding: twenty people and a beach. More to come...

UPDATE... Amici's Beachside has closed. Dave & Valentina have instead opened Chef's Table right next to Amici's. But I still love these photos so the post is here to stay :)
My brother's been a regular at Amici's Restaurant in Suntree for years, and I was so happy to have been invited to the "friends and family" opening of their new bistro on A1A in Indian Harbour Beach.
